How do I download my files?

After your purchase, you’ll receive a download link either on the confirmation page or by email. Simply click the link to access your files.

Where is my download link?

Your download link is provided immediately after checkout and is also sent to the email address used during purchase. Be sure to check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it.

How do I access my Google Drive files?

Some products are delivered via a Google Drive link due to file size. Click the link provided, then download the files to your device for best use.

What apps are compatible with your products?

Our products are designed for note-taking apps such as Goodnotes and Noteful. Please ensure your app supports PDF and PNG file formats.

Do I need an iPad to use these products?

An iPad is recommended for the best experience, especially when using a stylus. However, some products can also be used on tablets or desktop devices with compatible apps.

Can I use these on my phone or computer?

Yes, depending on the app you use. However, for full functionality (especially writing and planning), a tablet device is recommended.

How do I import files into my app?

Download your files first, then open your note-taking app and use the import function (usually labeled “Import” or “+”) to add your files.

How is the digital paper organized?

Each digital paper pack comes in 7 different color themes, provided as separate PDF files.

Inside each PDF, you’ll find a simple navigation system designed to help you quickly choose your layout:

A shade selection page to choose your preferred color
A template selection page for that shade
Easy access to switch between different color themes at any time

How do I choose a template?

Open your selected PDF, choose a color theme, then select the template you’d like to use. Each template is linked, so you can move through the file easily.

Can I switch between different colors?

Yes. Each template section includes links to the other color themes, so you can switch between them seamlessly.

How do I use the pages in my workflow?

Once you’ve selected a template, simply copy and paste or duplicate the page into your notebook. This allows you to build your own custom setup.

Do I need to use the templates in a specific order?

Not at all. The system is designed to be flexible — you can use any template, in any order, as often as you like.

How do I use PNG stickers?

Import the PNG files into your app, then place them on your page as images. You can resize and move them freely.

What are Goodnotes element files?

These are pre-organized sticker collections designed specifically for Goodnotes, allowing you to easily insert stickers without importing them individually.

What are Noteful collections?

Noteful collections are sticker sets formatted for use within the Noteful app, making it easy to access and use your stickers.

Why won’t my stickers crop properly?

Make sure you are importing PNG files and not screenshots. If the issue continues, check your app’s image settings or try re-importing the file.

My file won’t download

Check your internet connection and try again. If the issue continues, try opening the link in a different browser.

My file won’t open

Ensure you are using a compatible app that supports PDF or PNG files.

My stickers look blurry

Make sure you are using the original files and not compressed versions. Zooming in too much may also reduce clarity.

My download link isn’t working

Try refreshing the page or reopening the link from your email. If the issue persists, contact us for assistance.

I didn’t receive my download

Please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can’t find it, contact us and we’ll resend your access.

Can I re-download my files?

Yes, as long as your download link is still active. We recommend saving your files after your first download.

Where can I find my purchase?

Your purchase is accessible through the download link provided after checkout or via email.

Can I use these for commercial purposes?

All products are for personal use only unless stated otherwise.

Can I share my files with others?

No. Files are licensed for individual use and may not be shared, redistributed, or resold.

Can I use them across multiple devices?

Yes, for your personal use. You can use your files on multiple devices as long as they belong to you.
